Mia Erickson was recently selected as the Epic Practice Director for ESD and will direct all facets of the healthcare IT firm’s Epic Practice.
In this role, Ms. Erickson oversees the Epic implementation engagements for all service lines of the business. Her 24 years of experience working in a healthcare operations and IT setting supports her efforts, providing ESD clients with expertise from both an end-user perspective as well as best practice initiatives.
Prior to joining ESD, Mia also worked for Epic directly, coordinating project activities throughout client implementations. Ms. Erickson also currently maintains four Epic Certifications in EpicCare Ambulatory, Cadence, Prelude and ADT.
